Our client, Enterprise Credit Union, has a membership of over 25,000. They wanted to use social media as a method of deepening their relationships with their local community. 

Task:

We spent time understanding ECU’s local communities, to create content that would have a positive and lasting impact.

Action:

Our strategy centred around four key pillars: entertainment, education, inspiration and information. This ran alongside ECU’s distinctive brand identity and tone of voice.

Result:

We grew social audiences by 55% in just 12 months with an engagement rate of 6.7%. We also generated an average 800 site visitors and 24,000 impressions per month from organic social media.
